10 Tips Longevity Life

There are probably more than 100 lists of things you should do to live in good health for get longevity life.
Maybe you already know all these basic lists, but you just don’t do them, because you have not yet found the pathway that is most suitable for you. (Do not ask centenarians what they think and do. They laugh a lot; you can laugh too if you thrive to 100, but that does not help you reach 100!)

However, there is an easier, more effective way to thrive in good health for get longevity life.

Here are 10 tips that contribute to a healthy, happy and longevity life thriving while maintaining your optimal health :

  1. Often smile and laugh
    Science has proven that smiling and laughing not only reduces stress and makes you feel good, this optimistic behaviour can actually keep you from falling ill and add years to your life!
  2. Eat modest
    Eat proper amounts of nutritious food. You know what is possible for you.
    Most of the centenarians in the world live in a simple way. This translates directly to their diets, which are usually plant-based, consisting of a variety of legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. Modest living means modest eating. Eating less in general is simply good practise.
  3. Better sleep quality
    Getting enough sleep is another proven factor that enhanced health and lifespan. The average adult need 7-8 hours of sleep each day.
  4. Get physically active
    Find something you like and enjoy. Do anything but stay sitting, whether it’s taking the dog for a walk, fishing or tending to your vegetable garden. Low intensity physical activities are more beneficial (and fun) in the long term.
  5. Spend time with family and friends
    The trust and love of family and friends has a powerful effect on your body and could add years to your life. This is due to the “feel- good” chemicals dopamine and oxytocin which our brains produce as a result of this.
  6. Meditate
    Meditation or yoga are great practises that can be done privately or in a group to relieve stress in our modern busy lifestyles.
  7. Drink red wine
    Red wine is contain with resveratrol, an antioxidant to protect your body against the effects of ageing, keep you live longer.
  8. Love and be loved
    Scientific research has shown that people who have a healthy sex life always look and feel younger, sleep better, have less stress, and live longer than those who don’t.
  9. Find your purpose
    Find your purpose in life to do meaningful things in your life. Centenarians across the world are happy people who have reason to get up in the morning…
    So, have something worthwhile or meaningful that you do in your life.
  10. Believe
    Studies have shown that faith allows you to find your inner peacefull and happiness.

Be happy people for live longer, Listen to your body; take good care of it and in return it will take good care of you…….It’s not easy to achieve longevity life, but it’s worth fighting for!
